For Some Reason,
"Teaching people to decorate pretty cookies on the internet"
was never in the drop down list of career paths when I went to school. If you'd told me that I would turn my passion for sugar cookie decorating into an online business where I get to teach and connect with thousands of people daily, I probably would have giggled.
If you had gone on to tell me that I'd be using those business skills and creativity to help other artistic business owners build digital marketing systems that allow them to be discovered and recognized for their work in today's saturated online space, I probably would have said "that is a far cry from teaching elementary school!"
The point is, it may not look exactly as we expect, but now is a beautiful time to be a creative business owner, my friend.
